Because our products are customized and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
All products sold on Rayare are custom-made or personalized according to the customer’s request. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the order has been confirmed.
Please ensure that all customization details, names, messages, and product selections are correct before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process the request, you may be asked to provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Order number
- Description of the issue
After verification, we may offer a replacement or appropriate solution.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or customized.
4. Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in cases where:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
